I never get credit for the paid discover offers

I recently completed the LifeLock offer and receive nothing ..I contacted Swagbucks and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do about it.. this time I completed the Hulu offer and recorded the phone screen the whole time to show proof and I’m still getting nothing..it’s not showing up in pending or anything.. why am I doing wrong???
