Issues with app registering completed offers?

Does anyone else use the discovery section on the actual app? I've used it a couple times for surveys and newsletter sign ups, and it works for that. However I signed up for the ESPN+ trial (800 SB), and it never registered on the app. I followed the direct link, added credit card and everything. I filed a ticket for that particular issue and am currently waiting on a response. I had another issue this morning though. I downloaded and installed SB Local via the direct link in discovery section, added a card on file, got no SB. It isn't even considered a completed offer. Is the app bad? It seems whenever signing up for a trial or if I have to download an app via their link they never see that I completed the offer. I am only Mobile on a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Anything I'm doing wrong? Should I not use the app aside from maybe surveys? Thanks all
