Estimating a future budget. What have I left out?

I'm trying o get a good estimate of expenses for the future, and am wondering if I'm leaving out anything obvious. We're 48, married couple, no kids/pets, and likely no parent-related health expenses (mine are dead, hers are in a socialized medicine country).

• Utilities (heat, electric, maybe water/sewer)
• Internet
• VoIP
• Possible cell phone service bill (we really don't use them)
• Car insurance
• Health insurance
• Groceries
• Car repairs
• Fun (dining out, etc.)
• Domestic travel
• Travel abroad
• Gasoline (includes trips)
• Medical expenses
• Dental
• Optical
• Occasional newer used car
• Unforeseen events fund
• Gifts to others
