Capterra down?

I stopped receiving the offer to leave reviews and people that use my referral link leave a review and don't receive feedback or an offer to continue. It's been very quiet from capterra for a little over a month now for me and was wondering if it's normal to stop getting the offers or if the capterra program is down at the moment?
