Question About Appen Connect

I received an email saying that I was supposed to sign 3 contracts in Appen Connect, but when I open the page it just shows the available projects to apply and nothing else. I can’t do anything else with my account. I can’t email them back because they no longer use my project’s email support and stated that I should send a message via Appen Connect, which I can’t seem to use. Any idea what I should do?
