Why do all MTurk jobs show up on one computer/IP and on another Computer/IP only the ones I can accept and work on do?

Sorry for the long title post and I hope I can articulate this correctly.

I access MTurk from two different computers. Both are desktop/laptop but are in different locations and using different Ips/WIFI networks. Both are accessed using Chrome.

At one I can see all the MTurks that are listed, even if I am not qualified. I like this because then I show details and sometimes take tests to get qualified. Also it feels like there are more opportunities - this cold just be a placebo effect. Jobs I can't work are in grey and the accept/work button is greyed out.

On the other computer all I can see is jobs I can work. No grey and orange accept work buttons.

Any idea why? Do I somehow have one set up differently? Do I need to clear cookies? I prefer seeing all of them if possible.

I think both are on Windows 10 but unsure.
