Warning: Offers not being credited, EVEN with Proof!

Just please buyer beware if you're completing a Swagbucks offer, that apparently they now are able to use any excuse they want to not credit the offer. Even with screenshots and proof. I've tried escalating to no avail, and they continue to literally copy/paste the same response: " This offer is automatically reported for credited by the merchant when members successfully complete the offer by clicking through our site. As this did not happen our team launched an investigation to attempt to confirm your participation through our site. Our investigation could not link the activity to your account and confirm completion via Swagbucks. At this time as the merchant did not report crediting for your participation and our team was not able to successfully confirm participation through our site, this activity is not eligible for crediting."

Luckily my credit card is amazing and I was able to get my money back for the SierraClub donation since the SB never credited, but i will NEVER do another Swagbucks offer. There's no way they can prove the above, and there's no way you can prove that you did. So in the end, they "win". So just BEWARE!!!
