Support says my Home Chef screenshots are not valid?

I am trying to get credit for the Home Chef offer that didn't track. I have sent them screenshots of my confirmation email but they are not accepting it. They said it can not be print screen. I used the alternate view in gmail (download email) because gmail condenses the To: and From: fields so that the full email addresses are not shown. Does anyone have any suggestions?
