side income

hi, i'm from asia. currently working in BPO company and background in electrical engineering but not really expert in engineering. i need extra income in order to support my life. most of the website i have applied as a freelance resulting in no feedback since i have no experience yet there is uphill which i need to compete. i can learn and i am willing to learn anything just to earn some extra cash. i am available and willing to do as anything just to earn some extra cash. can you guys give recommendation since some of the website does not support any project from here.sorry for bad english.thank you
