Rewardable TV

Well, I'm pretty sure Rewardable has finally kicked the bucket. The payouts have been decreasing drastically over the past couple months, but I still held out hope. I finally had enough and cashed out my $10 on February 27th and it still says pending 3 days. It has now been 6 days with no payout. And I've earned nothing on either of the phones I had running the apps since then.
