Respondent.io bugged?

Hi! I'm new to respondent and I finally have a survey up that I can start. Once I go to the survey page and click "Start Survey" it takes me to a profile verifications. I have a pop-up telling me "You must connect Linkedin to participate", even if underneath I am connected to Linkedin and Facebook and the only button I have left is "Back to my account". Is it bugged? Am I doing something wrong? I've never done this before.
