Plugin.opinionsample.com ?

Has anyone ever had any luck with these? I've tried to use them as a last resort, but can never get it to work. I always answer the same demographic questions at the beginning, then it "looks" for me a survey, none of which I ever qualify for. Just wondering if anyone has ever actually completed a survey from here.
