Issues sending to device for Part 2 of Yukon Exam, Tech support email won't accept my emails --- Help!

Hey /r/workonline, I'm happy to have passed Part 1 of the Project Yukon qualification
exam, but unfortunately am stuck on the "Send to device" portion. Following the PDF of instructions I've tried to access the app from both my desktop and mobile device, and get this message " App not available - A testing version of this app hasn't been published yet or isn't available for this account."

I'm definitely logged into the Google account associated with the application/exam, so I'm stumped.

Making matters worse I emailed the email address provided in the Appen correspondence (support@connect-mail.appen.com) and keep getting an automated reply that I have no email/account associated with them! I'm guessing this is because I'm redirected to RaterLabs, so I emailed support@raterlabs-mail.appen.com but am still waiting on a reply. My exam is due by 12 AM PST Thur and so I'm getting anxious about being hung up by something dumb.

Hoping I'm just missing something obvious someone else has fixed?
