Is packetstream.io legit? The service is asking me for my debit card details and I'm uncertain as to whether or not I should give them.

This seems like a good opportunity to make a some money, so it would be lovely to know if this service can be trusted.

EDIT: it looks like I can just put in my paypal email and gey paid that way, still unsure whether it is legit tho and would love some input on this :)
