Any one else encounter this error message when using QuickThoughts?

I installed the app 3 days ago and did two surveys that I ended up not qualifying for, and got compensated .10 cents each as I was promised. I did no more surveys that day and tried the next day for one. As soon as I hit “start” on an available survey I’m hit with an image of a cartoon character shrugging with a “thank you for participating in one of our surveys” message along with text below for reasons they were unable to record my participation in this survey. I can list the 4 reasons below if needed but none seem possible to apply to me. Has anyone else encountered this?
