How bad are Ramen Noodles?

Looking to do food on the cheap while in grad school, but I've heard so many bad health things about Ramen. Are there any recommendations on ways to make them more healthy or a max cap of eating Ramen per week?

I'm trying to save money while also being health conscious. Other than eggs, it's been harder than I've thought.
