favorite cashback portals that pay out in gift cards AND accept disputes if you don't get money back from a purchase?

i love the hell out of ebates, and they are great with disputes (if a vendor doesn't give you cash back, they will refund you), AND you can stack with ebates credit card, but they pay out in cash. do you guys know of a cashback portal that is great with disputes AND also pays out in cash back?
