Has anyone heard of Moola.com and does it work?

AYOO researching ways to make supplemental income and the sight Moola.com came up and I'm so confused as how it works! Supposively you watch ads, answer questions bout it, then get credits to play games and wage against other players.. but how do you even make real money?!

Was hoping somebody could explain it.. seems like it could be fun!
