Why is clickworker constantly banning me?

So I've heard a lot of good stuff about clickworker and UHRS. About 6 months ago I made an account. Right after creating my account, I realized I used my personal email instead of my email I use for Mturk, onespace, things like that. I thought I would just delete it really quickly and make a new one, and it would be simple.

I didn't read this until after I deleted my account and tried to make another one that it would take 40 days to remove my account. And I wasn't allowed to make a second account in my name. So I kind of forgot about it. Last Monday I kept seeing posts about UHRS, and decided it had probably been way long enough and to try to make another account. I tried my email I use for other work online sites, that didn't work. I tried my personal email again because I didn't really care too much, it's just easier to have all the work related things sent to one email. That didn't work. I made a new email, it also didn't work.

I just thought I was having bad luck, so I emailed clickworker and told them what was going on. I figured it must be my name, because it was the only thing that was the same each time I logged in. I asked my girlfriend if she cared if I used her name instead. So I used her name and her email, and set her up her own account with all her information. I had just received the text to verify her phone number and I was kicked off. I tried to sign in and got the same log in fail.

I emailed them yesterday morning because it said on the site to expect a response in 24 hours and it had been a week. I don't understand why I would be banned, and I'm not getting any response. Should I contact them on their twitter page in public, and maybe they would contact me back right away? I've been respectful the whole time and don't really know what's going on.

TL/DR: I've been banned from clickworker for no reason, contacted them and got no response. Should I try contacting them publicly on twitter?
