Unemployed, underage. Websites like Clickworker that don't need SSN?

I'm looking for two things:

-Insight on how to withdraw payment from Clickworker without providing SSN/tax information

-Alternative to clickworker or some other survey type of website that lets you withdraw to PayPal without having to submit SSN

I already have a varified PayPal even though I'm underage due to the fact that it's connected to my bank.
