Problems with UHRS II - Is this normal?

Hi, so I'm in kind of desperate spot. I lost my job about a year ago, forcing me to do my web development as a freelancer. I managed to get 0 clients over the last 2 months and dried up all my savings so..anyways I stumbled across how much success people were having with click worker and I began there.

I created my account and activated it, however, when I try to login I get the "there's no judge account associated with this..etc"

I researched it to death and tried everything but the problem still persists. I reached out to them on Facebook and they told me to send in an email. That was around 4 days ago and still no response. My wife has the same exact issue...so I'm basically just sitting here and spinning my wheels. Does everyone experience this issue...is there something further I can do to speed up this process? Also on a side note, does anyone know any agencies that are looking to outsource extra web dev work?
