Failed Leapforce exam twice?

So frustrated. I worked with Leapforce years ago, but my account went inactive when I started a new job. I emailed asking to reactivate my account and have now twice failed the third part of the exam. I followed people's advice to leave comments on everything, but it didn't make a difference. Do they not give retakes after your second attempt?
