Appen late to send me qualification?

Hey all, So I applied to the social media evaluator about 2 weeks ago and they sent me an email shortly to tell me that I will be going through the qualification process starting on Feb. 1st.

Today is the 3rd. I emailed it to confirm it, and on the 2nd I emailed them to ask them whats going on.

This exactly same thing has happened to me with both isoftstone and leapforce. Do I have extremely bad luck or am I missing something? Thanks!
