Starbucks-Retailmenot $2 paypal cashback - is it still active?

I remember seeing a post about a $2 paypal cashback on $5 or more purchase at starbucks, and receipt upload at retailmenot.

I am not able to search for that promo in retailmenot, is that still active? How do i find if it is still ongoing?
