Anyone currently working in this position?

I've just received the training materials, so I've got my fingers crossed.

Unfortunately, everything I read about the company seems to suggest that their communication is bad, judgments during the work are subjective, you're constantly being assessed on your quality metrics and could lose your job at any time, etc., etc.

I guess I'm just looking for a reason to be optimistic. :P Anyone working for them long term with no issues?
