How can I reliably make $5 a day?

I'd like to be able to earn $5 a day in about an hour or less. I'd really like this to be cash. While I enjoy "free" gift cards and items, I want money that I can actually put in my savings account.

I've been a long time lurker here and have taken advantage of all kinds of things but I have to say that I don't have a "routine" of my own.
