Bing Mobile App no longer gives Rewards points?

I used to be able to get around 38 points daily combining the activities, PC searches, mobile searches, and app searches.

Now my meter says the max is 28 points and there's no mention of the app whatsoever. I noticed this change yesterday and it's still missing today.

Is it just me? Has anyone else experienced this? If I don't get any points from it I'm gonna delete this app.
