Auto Encrave playlists that don't play/advance?

When I click a playlist that's going to operate correctly, the titles of all the upcoming videos in the playlist load, even before I click the "discovery" button.

But sometimes when I open a new playlist, instead of showing the titles for the videos, they will have a generic "what's next" where the title should be, and the list won't work, or advance. Presently that's what all mine are and Encrave isn't functioning.

Anyone else experiencing this? Chrome in incognito mode is the only browser I've ever been able to use Encrave in. Thoughts?
