A better browsy/ traffic exchange website

I am working on a traffic exchange website, the basis will be that we will people will pay us a monthly fee (this fee goes up as we have more sites) this site will be put into a queue. Then we will have people that will leave there computers on autosurf. It will stay on each site for 30 seconds. After that it will give you a point then move onto a different site. With points you could exchange to paypal.

The issue is that, my partner thinks no one will put there site on our service. My question to all of you is, Would you put your website on our traffic exchange site for lets say 50$ a month? Please answer this question we need your answer.

In the beginning, to put your site on will be cheap. But as we get a few thousand sites, and alot of people the prices per month will rise. But we will never charge more than 1000$ a month.

We will have better earning rates than browsy and alexamaster that is a guarantee and a fact.

EDIT: I just realized I have a clickbait title, sorry to anyone that assumes I knew a better site. We are working on it though!
