$20-25 for someone in/near Vegas who has solar panels: want to see your Feb 2016 electricity bill

Trying to figure out how NV Energy is going to charge/credit people who have solar panels and export back to the grid. The people I talk to at NV Energy give me different answers. Trying to nail down whether installing panels will be worth it.

All I need is a PDF of your February 2016 electricity bill (or screenshot of your online account). You can block out your name, but I need address/zip to verify it's not a photoshopped bill.

5$ more if you can provide your electricity meter data, which you can download from the NV Energy website. $5 more if you can get the data on solar production from your panels.
