TryMyUI not paying out?

Anyone ever have any issue with them? I did a test i nthe 14th of December and have yet to be paid. I understand they only pay on Fridays and if a test isn't accepted within 4 days of a Friday, it will be paid the next Friday, but money has yet to be entered into my paypal. Anyone ever have any issues with them before? (They don't have a support email but they have a landline to call but I was wanting to see if you guys had any ideas to bounce off)

Yes my test was accepted Yes I'm a certified tester (I did their trial test flawlessly) Yes my paypal works correctly (UserTesting pays out just fine for me)
