Skills?

I guess I just get kind of weird about this. I think I just feel unsure whenever somebody asks me what I can do or what I can do well. I almost wonder, "am I really the right person to tell what 'skills' I have?" Maybe this is just some problem I have? I'll appreciate any advice and anybody letting me know if they feel or have ever felt like this.
