No payout from Software Insider

Hi guys! My first post in this sub. Thanks for all the advice - I must say, it's been very helpful. I've been using FreeMyApps and Swagbucks for about 2 weeks and have made $60 so far. I recently saw the Software Insider review referral and went ahead and submitted two reviews. I signed up with my LinkedIn, received the confirmation email for the submission, but have not heard back from anyone since. I reviewed Qualtrics and Hootsuite, both of which I have used in my employment/as a student researcher. Does anyone have any contact info that might help me out in some way? I have emailed Product Manager Mike 3 times to no avail.
