cheap device to run sb apps?

so, i'm sure this has been beaten to death, but i'd like to not tie up my phone with swagbucks apps but i'd still like to be able to run them. can someone recommend a specific cheap device i can log onto my home wifi with to download the swagapps and just run them? i was thinking kindle fire since it's 50$ on amazon but i saw i'd have to do something called sideloading and let me just say - not tech savvy here :) so something i can pretty much plug in, download, and go would be great.
