Beermoney while out of the country (for a long period of time)?

I live in the US and will be studying abroad for a semester in Spain, for roughly four months. Currently I use mainly swagbucks, YouGov and Shopswell, while occasionally instaGC, earnhoney, perk, and hitPredictor. I'm wondering if some of these will work from Europe and what changes to expect.

Another thing I am thinking is that I probably don't want to be wasting my time on beermoney while I could be exploring a new country, so I'm wondering if there is anything I can set up or run for four months to make money for me when I get back.
