Why are completed Pollfish surveys not compensating for survey completions?

I've noticed that Pollfish surveys do not pay out on Swagbucks. They all state that the surveys are five minutes though they take closer to eight, the pay is supposed to be twenty-five cents. I have completed twelve now this week and have not even been compensated one penny. I took one on HeyCash this morning and got forty two cents. Do they just not work on Swagbucks and has anyone else had this issue?
