Is anyone else having issues with downloads not tracking anymore?

Okay so! The context is that a friend texted me about a tech problem she had (this is relevant). She had an issue with Safari and asked me to block cookies on my Safari app to test something out. It helped her narrow it down-but now my downloads won’t track. I unblocked cookies but that didn’t work either. It’s so frustrating because I tried three downloads for games and they keep saying “Not Installed,” despite me allowing tracking when the games open. I also use Pogo and tested it there-same issue! Can anyone who’s smart with tech stuff like this explain any possible issues and/or how I could fix this?? 🥲
