How to redeem swagbucks

So i basically made an account using my apple id and it isnt a @icloud.com account its a weird email ending in .appleid.com, i went and made an icloud email for my apple id and now im still trying to redeem my rewards but its saying i need to verify my email ( i used my apple id and dont have access to the .appleid.com email ) i dont think i can verify using my phone number. So doesnt anyone know what i can do??
