Game offer tracking broken?

Two of my game offers weren’t tracking and SB responded to both of my tickets with the following response: “For game offers, due to a technical glitch in the game offer, we cannot confirm your interactions with this offer through our third-party partners. This means the tracking has failed, and we cannot manually fix it. As a result, any further actions you take for this offer will not be credited automatically, and it will be challenging for us to verify them. Therefore, we will not be able to award any additional credit for this specific offer. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your future efforts. We encourage you to explore our wide array of gaming offers to find a new game that interests you.”

So I guess I have to leave 8,000 SB on the table… Such a shame…
