So frustrating. Please help

Anyone know how to get android games to track on Swagbucks, or Kashkick? Ice been a member since 2016. I've earned quite a bit. But recently - I cannot seem to get any games to track. Since the RevU 3x days a couple weeks ago. Star wars hunters did not track.

Any settings or help for Android would be great. PS - I know android auto tracks, but hasn't for a single game since then.
