Puzzles and Survival Resources

I started this game 2 days ago, I reached HQ 13 in 2 days, I’ve got about like 2 days worth of speedups, however I am FULLY out of resources. I cannot upgrade to HQ 14. I purchased the $5 second builder, not sure where to get resources or how to farm. I’m in the 2nd highest alliance in my server.

Any help would be appreciated
