Courtesy Credits Not Counting Toward Daily Goals

To clarify, "courtesy credit" is the term I'm using for when I send a complaint ticket to customer service because something went wrong (like going to a survey and it bricks me on a 400 error). Lately, I've noticed that while I got the usual swath of credits from tickets filed over the weekend, those 700 SB that were added to my account didn't count toward my daily goal like they used to. Then I noticed that even amended SB for tickets sent on the same day were no longer filling my daily progress bar.

Anyone else started noticing this?
