Revolut offer (Germany)

Why it is not possible to find the offer for revolut credit card in Germany in all or featured offers on website but if you visit the website the offer is visible. But there is no chance to read the terms for the offer. Addidionally I tried to get in contact for asking this question to the support. But Inwas unable to complete the request because I have to enter a date of purchase.
