Klondike - XP stops at level 22???

I got to level 22 in Klondike in like 3 days and now that I'm at level 22 it's like everything is less than 1000 XP for all my orders. I don't even get the "watch a video for xp" anymore. Did this happen for anyone else?

I really am trying to get to level 31 so any tips are greatly appreciated. So far I have 3 Dairy plants, 2 Bakery plants, a BUNCH of cabins. Should I be getting the packing house and the spinners too?
