Games aren’t registering

Hey pals,

I’m fairly new to Swagbucks, I downloaded and completed the Merge Gardens challenge no problem, but ever since then, none of the other games I download through Swagbucks end up registering on the Play tab. I’ve tried at least 10 different games, and different ways of downloading them (data, sending the link to my phone through email or text, etc) and it’s just not working. I always click allow on all the pop ups the app gives before- anyone got any advice? It’s very frustrating :/
