Conduent Customer Phone Support Role

I've found some years old posts, but was wondering what the current situation is with Conduent pertaining to this position in 2024? I'm planned to start soon and have to ask- Would you recommend? Pros, cons? Anyone have more relevant experience from the last couple of years they'd care to share?
