Being ignored by support

So I finished the animals and coins offer within the time limit. Halfway through I noticed it wasn't tracking. Messaged support and they credited me which I thought 'cool, I'll message again when I finish'

Well I finished the offer, and followed up with support. They said 'ya we credited you already a couple weeks ago' referring to the credit I got previously. I relied saying so, and that I needed the credit for the remainder of the offer. No reply. It's been over a month now, and I've been following up weekly and they are ignoring me. What do I do?
