Someone who has worked as an interpreter in Future Group Translation please help me

I am going to start working as a English-Spanish interpreter in a company called Future Group Translation, and I wonder if someone has some experience with this company. I have seen some awful reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed that worries me, but I would like to know if it's that terrible. At the moment it's the only safe job I have and that's why I haven't rejected the offer but I'm afraid that later there will be problems with my payments and so on.
