Just started Top Troops and now is says it’s unavailable

I just started Top Troops and now it says the offer is unavailable when I load the game. It still shows in the iOS app, but the two rewards have been removed. I haven’t played the game before.

Does anyone know why this would happen? I’m going to ask customer service, but they take forever.
