Are ANY of the Online PT Companies Actually Hiring? (Telus, WeLocalize, etc)

US based

I've received emails from both Telus and WeLocalize inviting me to take the Rater exam just to email me later and say they are on a hiring freeze (I know about Google ending their contract with some of these rater companies)

Does WeLocalize or Telus or others have these types of jobs they are actually hiring for in the US? I'm not even worried about Appen considering how downhill they have gone the last few years.
